Biothane is flexible with a soft matte finish and an embossed leather texture. You might even call it ‘vegan leather’. It consists of a 1000lb rated polyester webbing encased in PVC. It’s completely waterproof and will never smell or crack. It’s great for water-loving dogs! It retains its flexibility even in really cold weather (think January in WI, brrr).

Martingale collars are great for dogs who “back out” of their collars, or dogs who have large necks compared to their heads. They are safe for use on walks and around the house, but are not recommended for tie-outs*. Quick release martingales are the best of both worlds – the ease-of-use of a flat buckle collar and the safety and security of a martingale!
