This aquarium plant is hardy, but grows best with low to moderate lighting and a nutrient-dense aquarium soil. CO2 injection isn’t required, but will boost growth rate and overall appearance.

In aquascaping, Vallisneria Spiralis Leopard creates a dense backdrop that works lovely in planted aquariums. Like other jungle vallisneria, it is a large specimen and well-suited for larger tanks or even freshwater ponds. It adds movement while providing security for tropical fish and shrimp.
